    Timmy the Sheep’s Funniest Moments

This lamb may be small, but his personality is larger than a giant tomato.

Before Timmy was the star of his own spinoff, Timmy Time, he was wreaking havoc throughout the original Shaun the Sheep series. Armed with his angelic grin and binky, Shaun’s rambunctious younger cousin may seem like a good little lamb, but you really can't trust that innocent façade.

Whether Timmy’s trying to rescue his favorite teddy bear or sticking his hands where they don’t belong, chaos always ensues. Of course, that’s also what makes Timmy absolutely hilarious. In honor of Timmy's latest appearance in Shaun the Sheep: The Flight Before Christmas, here are five of Timmy's funniest moments throughout his illustrious animated career.

“Timmy in a Tizzy” (Shaun the Sheep; Season 1, Episode 1)

Timmy wakes up crying in the middle of the night. Shaun hears his cries and offers his little cousin a teddy bear to soothe him. Timmy is thrilled, but soon the farmer who takes care of Timmy and the flock walks off with the stuffed bear. A series of mishaps ensues and Shaun goes looking for the bear. He manages to find a replacement, though — one made of scraps — to hold Timmy over. Shaun and his friends ultimately recover the original bear, but Timmy proves just as fickle as ever: He decides he doesn't want the bear Shaun and company rescued, but the scrappy little bear instead. (Timmy, don't ever change.)

“Babysitting Timmy” (Shaun the Sheep: Mossy Bottom Farm Shorts; Season 1, Episode 1)

Shaun, the responsible adult, is left in charge of watching Timmy while his mom goes shopping. But Timmy is just as difficult to mind as you’d expect. As soon as he's in Shaun's care, Timmy spits his binky out and begins screaming and crying. Shaun finds some blocks for the little tyke to play with and resumes reading his paper. After looking away for just a second, Shaun glances over and sees Timmy on the floor, almost completely hairless, having shorn all the wool off his tiny body. Timmy's grin is about as wide as it can be while Shaun looks on, horrified.

“Supersize Timmy” (Shaun the Sheep; Season 2, Episode 9)

It's hard to keep any toddler from getting into things, but where Timmy’s concerned, it’s even more difficult. In this episode, Timmy watches the farmer he lives with mess around with the fertilizer responsible for producing his massive tomatoes. Timmy naturally decides he must have a bite of one of the super-sized fruits. Before long, he's ballooned to the size of a skyscraper, towering over the rest of the sheep. But it's still the same little Timmy inside, and he doesn't know his own size. He plays with tractors like they're Hot Wheels, and when he bounds toward his friends looking for hugs, they bolt away in horror.

“Timmy and the Dragon” (Shaun the Sheep; Season 5, Episode 9)

Little Timmy gathers the flock to read a fantasy book about a dragon. He thinks he's found a real one and leads them to a sign that he's sure warns them of the existence of a fire-breathing beast. As the flock tries to figure out what threat they're actually facing, they consult Timmy's storybook to try and find some answers. Timmy decides to don a pot as a helmet and lead the charge, swinging around a stick as he runs straight into what he believes is the danger zone. He makes tiny "eee!" noises as he swings his sword, ready to battle the scary "dragon" that lies in wait. Turns out, the dragon is — wait for it — a tractor.

“Big Top Timmy” (Shaun the Sheep; Season 1, Episode 16)

Timmy’s mom tucks him in nice and tight one night, but the toddler decides (as usual) to instead get into trouble. No surprise there, right? But this time he runs off, binky in mouth and teddy bear in hand, to check out a large circus tent in the distance. The whole flock has to get involved when Timmy makes his way to the circus and decides he's going to try out the tightrope. He teeters back and forth above the ground, practically daring the sheep below to catch him with a tiny trampoline. But Timmy's a natural it seems, and when Shaun and the others go after him, they realize he's also a trapeze artist and a veritable circus performer. What can't this little rugrat do?
