20 Times ‘Queer Eye’ Star Antoni Made Us Sweat (Outside the Kitchen)

We’ll never look at avocados the same way again.

Queer Eye’s food expert Antoni Porowski has taught heroes and viewers around the world how to meal prep, throw a party, and make the avocado toast of their dreams. And although he’s a talented chef, he also has fed people another type of snack: eye candy. Whether he knows it or not (he knows it), Antoni has dutifully provided the majority of Queer Eye’s thirst traps, ranging from wearing cowboy getups to sensuously chopping vegetables. But which are the most egregious? Read on to find out which moments made our hearts swell like an overripe tom-ah-to

20. The Margarita Mix (Season 1, Episode 1)

The Margarita Mix

This quick and dirty margarita shake is our first introduction to Antoni’s thirst traps. You think you’re watching a typical makeover show, and then he whips that drink with a force great enough to shake even Jonathan Van Ness’ perfectly coiffed hair loose. Spoiler alert: It only gets better from here.

19. The Love Doctor (Season 3, Episode 8)

The Love Doctor

While tagging along on an ultrasound appointment for Tony Blanco and his wife, Antoni wears doctor’s scrubs and pretends that there's a problem with Blanco’s insurance. Yes, we’re pretty sure it’s illegal to impersonate a doctor, but we’ll let it slide for our frontline workers.

18. The Avocado that Started It All (Season 1, Episode 3)

The Avocado that Started It All

Here it is, the avocado that spawned a thousand memes. Find someone who looks at you the way Antoni looks at that fruit.

17. The Daddy? Sorry, Daddy? Sorry.

Antoni clearly loves children, and even though he probably doesn’t mean for this to be attractive, it’s heartwarming to see him interact with the youngest members of the show’s families.

16. The Yogi (Season 2, Episode 8)

The Yogi

Antoni shows off his flexibility and attempts the crane pose in Mayor Ted Terry’s house. Sadly, fashion expert Tan France promptly smacks him over.

15. The Little Drummer Boy (Season 5, Episode 3)

The Little Drummer Boy

It’s clear that Antoni can pull off almost anything. Case in point: This revolutionary drummer costume, worn during the show’s fifth season, set in Philadelphia, would make anyone stand at attention.

14. The Yee-Haw (Season 3, Episode 2)

The Yee-Haw

Though he’s clearly not pleased that Joey Greene keeps letting produce wilt in his fridge, Antoni’s cowboy/Bowie fit is, well, pleasing.

13. The Chef’s Towel

The Chef’s Towel

Antoni debuts his signature over-the-shoulder towel toss in Season 1, and it’s become a staple of his cooking lessons. Is it there just to show off his expertise or make him look like a dreamy chef-next-door? Either way, it does both.

12. The “I Live for the Applause” (Season 6, Episode 2)

The “I Live for the Applause”

Antoni’s clapping push-ups may seem a little show-offy, and they are! Are we mad about it? No!

11. The Walter Waltz (Season 5, Episode 2)

The Walter Waltz

Walter, the pet of a production member, gets wrapped up in Antoni’s embrace more than once over the course of Season 5. Here, he does a dance with the dog in between scenes.

10. The Greaser (Season 5, Episode 3)

The Greaser

Antoni out here looking like James Dean for a simple trip to the butcher shop? Illegal.

9. The Fire Firefighter (Season 1, Episode 8)

The Fire Firefighter

It’s Antoni in peak form — surrounded by hunky firefighters, rocking his signature Strokes tank/bandana combo and sipping on a watermelon smoothie. Someone turn up the AC, stat.

8. The Bend and Snap (Season 6, Episode 2)

The Bend and Snap

While visiting Angel Flores at her gym, Antoni shows off his deadlift. Turns out, spotting is not such a boring job, after all.

7. The Intellectual (Season 5, Episode 2)

The Intellectual

Here, Antoni shows a bit of his scholarly side as he considers how to make gourmet dog treats for heroine Rahanna Gray. Or perhaps he’s just reading a bedtime story out loud to Walter?

6. The Harry Potter (Season 3, Episode 3)

The Harry Potter

There’s something irresistible about a man with a tiny spoon and very large glasses. It’s science.

5. The Walk and Gawk (Season 6, Episode 8)

The Walk and Gawk

Two words: tank top.

4. The Runner’s High (Season 5, Episode 8)

The Runner’s High

Here, Antoni is thinking about how he should improve Marcos Tlacopilco’s restaurant menu, while serving his own menu of Rocky Balboa and biceps.

3. The Gym, Tan, Laundry (Season 5, Episode 6)

The Gym, Tan, Laundry

What is it about a chain?

2. The Tails Are Wagging (Season 6, Episode 3)

The Tails Are Wagging

The chain, the light-wash jeans, the cute dog — it’s the thirst trap Holy Trinity. Even Neon looks downright pleased. This has potential to be Antoni’s crowning thirst moment, but...

1. The Eggplant Fondle (Season 5, Episode 3)

The Eggplant Fondle

... then this happened.
