Watch Sally Field Befriend an Octopus in Remarkably Bright Creatures Trailer

Based on the bestselling novel by Shelby Van Pelt, Remarkably Bright Creatures is the story of Tova (Sally Field), a widow who forms unlikely friendships with giant Pacific octopus Marcellus (voiced by Alfred Molina) and wayward musician Cameron (Lewis Pullman). The curmudgeonly Marcellus is on a mission to solve a mystery that will heal the widow’s heart and lead her to a life-changing discovery, while adrift thirtysomething Cameron arrives in Tova’s small Pacific Northwest town looking for information about his past and forms new relationships that inspire his future. Directed by Olivia Newman, the film arrives May 8 only on Netflix.
