Whether she’s presenting at the Emmys, on the dais roasting Tom Brady, or hosting Saturday Night Live, comedian Nikki Glaser has a take. The comedian recently took to the stage at Studio 8H in New York City for her first appearance on the long-running sketch comedy show, and her opening monologue made waves. But this is far from the first time her brand of comedy — a mixture of shock, cringe, and observational satire — has made headlines.
Born in Cincinnati in 1984 and raised in St. Louis, Glaser first began doing comedy in college at the University of Kansas. She later appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Conan, and two seasons of Last Comic Standing. Since then, she’s starred in her own stand-up specials (see one below), guest-starred on many podcasts and series, and had memorable roles in Trainwreck (2015), I Feel Pretty (2018), and other movies. You can see Nikki Glaser in these shows and comedy specials on Netflix.

Glaser bares all in this 2019 stand-up special about sex, sobriety, and getting over her own insecurities. She jokes about how she got into comedy, discusses the complications of dating while sober, and gives a raunchy sex-ed talk for the ages.

This celebrity roast sees comedians, athletes, and surprise guests come together to trash-talk the legendary quarterback Tom Brady — to his face. Glaser, whose comments went especially viral, is joined by Kevin Hart, Ben Affleck, Kim Kardashian, among others.

Glaser joins a who’s who of comedy in Still LAUGH-IN: The Stars Celebrate, which sees Glaser and a laundry list of comedians and funny celebs — including Lily Tomlin, Snoop Dogg, Billy Crystal, Tiffany Haddish, and Neil Patrick Harris — come together to celebrate the groundbreaking show Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In, which ran for six seasons from 1968 to 1973.

This three-season series serves as a showcase for 18 stand-up comedians, who each get their own 30-minute set. Glaser’s episode is in Season 1, which also includes Nate Bargatze and Fortune Feimster.

Raunchy comedy is at the forefront in The Degenerates, which features Glaser and other comedians — including Brad Williams, Joey Diaz, Jim Norton, and Ms. Pat — as they explore taboo topics in a series of half-hour sets.

The real estate agents featured in Selling Sunset are used to working with celebrity clientele, so longtime viewers are used to a cameo or two. In Season 7, Chrishell Stause counsels Glaser on the finer points of Los Angeles real estate, with Glaser providing her own (less orthodox) brand of advice in return.
