The Backstreet Boys? Shaking. NSYNC? Crying. 98 Degrees? Actually, somewhat involved with the project. The newest boy band N-2-LUV is here, and they’re ready to take over the world (or, at least, your social media feeds).
N-2-LUV’s debut single, “Love Has No Offseason,” dropped today, and after years of grueling vocal training and dance lessons, they’re harmonizing and riffing their way to the top of the charts. The song simultaneously announces Netflix’s lineup of upcoming reality romance shows, from new series Dated and Related and Jewish Matchmaking to Love Is Blind Season 3 coming later this year.
But what we really can’t stop doing is swooning at the boys behind the bop. The hot new group features reality stars Matt Barnett (the charming ladies’ man from Love Is Blind Season 1), Jarrette Jones (the sporty sneakerhead from Love Is Blind Season 2), Harry Jowsey (the original Too Hot to Handle bad boy), Nathan Webb (the sexy British cowboy from Too Hot to Handle Season 2) and Nathan Soan Mngomezulu (another bad boy, this time from Season 3 — we just can’t stay away). And, guess what? They’re being mentored by the original boy bander, 98 Degrees’ Nick Lachey, of course, who’s happily settled down with wife (and hosting partner) Vanessa.
In honor of the mid-2000s earworm, we sat down with the band, teen-mag style, to ask them the burning questions we can’t help but daydream about during math class. Get ready to tear out this page and put it in your locker, because — spoiler alert — N-2-LUV’s answers are almost as dreamy as their matching red suits.

When you were young, who did you have a poster of up in your room? I had a life-size cutout of the GOAT: MJ, Michael Jordan. What’s your favorite song to sing in the shower? That all depends on how hot the water is and what comes on the shuffle playlist. What’s your perfect first date? The perfect first date is doing something fun that gets our adrenaline pumping, followed by a nice dinner and uncontrollable laughter. What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done on a date? This actually just happened with my wife. I was cutting some garlic bread, and as I was cutting —yes, this was some tough bread — the other half flew off the table and hit the people next to us. They didn’t notice, because they were deep in conversation — thank goodness! Describe your prom night in three words. Too. Many. Pictures.

(I was drunk and slept in a tent in the English countryside.)
