Life down on Earth can be very complicated. That's why people (read: us) need Human Resources.

In this illuminating new Big Mouth spin-off series, you'll get to know all the essential creatures... er, workers that help make humans human. That includes Hormone Monsters, Shame Wizards, Lovebugs, Depression Kitties, Logic Rocks and many more.

In this new clip, you'll get a peek at what to expect from the department that works tirelessly to ensure humanity has everything it needs to be successful. That might include a warning to remain seated when a plane comes to a stop on the runway (thanks, Logic Rocks!) or how bad you should feel for falling in love with someone you shouldn’t (shout out to you, Shame Wizards!).

The new workplace comedy is set to pull back the curtain on your favorite creatures' everyday lives, with familiar faces like Maurice the Hormone Monster (Nick Kroll), Connie the Hormone Monstress (Maya Rudolph) and Pete the Logic Rock (Randall Park), for starters. Every creature, no matter how big or small, plays an important role in the development of humanity as a species. And they’re there 24-7, 365, every single day, no matter how they feel. That’s how important their jobs are to them!

Get ready to report to Human Resources when the series drops March 18, only on Netflix.
